• Receive all phone calls, take notes and submit them to his/her line manager.
• Perform all administrative services, such as photocopying, organising and archiving required prints, in both Arabic and English, and using several of the MS Office suite of applications.
• Receive, guide and deal with auditors.
• Prepare agendas, arrange meetings as assigned and plan the appointments of his/her line manager.
• Deal with university staff and students, and other relevant bodies when the work relates to those bodies.
